Q: Are all pieces original?
A: I offer a mix of one-of-a-kind originals and limited edition prints. Each limited edition is signed, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Q: Do the colours look exactly the same as online?
A: I do my best to photograph artworks as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Q: Can I commission a custom piece?
A: Yes! I take a limited number of commissions each year. Please contact me to discuss your ideas, colour palette, and size requirements.

Payments & Instalments

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes — through our secure partner, Partial.ly. You can spread payments over 2–12 months, interest-free. Your artwork can be shipped after your first instalment is processed.

Q: How do I set up an instalment plan?
A: You’ll need to create a free account on Partial.ly and choose your down payment and schedule before checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — I offer free worldwide shipping for originals and limited edition prints.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: UK orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. International orders can take 10–21 working days depending on customs.

Q: How is the artwork packaged?
A: All artworks are packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Large originals and prints are shipped rolled in a tube unless otherwise agreed.

Returns & Refunds 

Q: What if I change my mind?
A: You can return your artwork within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: Please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage so I can arrange a replacement or repair.

Q: Will my artwork come framed?
A: Originals may come framed depending on the collection. Limited edition prints are supplied unframed unless otherwise stated.

4. Instalment Plans

Instalments are processed through our partner Partial.ly. By entering an instalment agreement, you accept the instalment policy stated on our website. If your plan defaults, we may withhold delivery of any pending orders until payments are reinstated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your artwork within the stated timeframes. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. If returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it arrives back in its original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to your use of the website or purchase of artwork. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
