You’ll just need to create a free Partial.ly account before the release date, so you’re ready to reserve your piece the moment it becomes available.

You can choose to:

Adjust your down payment to suit your budget.
Spread your payments anywhere from 2 to 12 months.
Receive your artwork after your first payment — no need to wait until it’s fully paid off!

Partial.ly is a secure payment platform designed for flexible, interest-free instalment plans. Once your schedule is set, your payments will be taken automatically via credit card, debit card, or bank account — no credit checks required.

How It Works: Rolled Prints

Price Range: £350+
Example:

Small Print – £350 = £70 per month for 5 months
Medium Print – £650 = £130 per month for 5 months
Large Print – £950 = £158 per month for 6 months

How It Works: Limited Editions & Small Originals

Price Range: £950 – £2,800
Example:

Artwork Price – £1,800
Down Payment – £300
Balance split over 10 monthly payments of £150

How It Works: Originals

Example:

Artwork Price – £4,800
Down Payment (20%) – £960
Balance split over 12 monthly payments of £320

Instalment Policy

By entering into an instalment plan with Chaya De Silva Art, you agree to the terms outlined below and acknowledge your legal obligation to complete all scheduled payments as per your agreed plan.

Commitment to Payment
Once your instalment plan is set up, you are required to make all payments on the agreed dates. These payments will be processed automatically through the payment method you provide when setting up your plan.
Failed or Defaulted Payments
If a payment fails or your plan defaults, Chaya De Silva Art reserves the right to re-activate your plan using your stored payment details.
- If your subscription remains in default, we may temporarily hold any new orders until the instalment plan is reinstated.
- A member of our team will contact you promptly to help reinstate your plan and avoid any delays in delivery.
Delivery of Products
You will receive your artwork once your first instalment is successfully processed, unless otherwise stated.
Legal Agreement
By signing or accepting the instalment agreement, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, and that you are entering into a legally binding commitment.
