All artworks are packaged personally by Chaya, inspected, and packed with care before dispatch.

Delivery Times UK orders: 5–7 working days. International orders: 10–21 working days, depending on customs processing in your country.

Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free shipping worldwide on original artworks and limited edition prints. Large original paintings on canvas are delivered directly to your door by a leading UK courier and are fully insured for shipment at no extra cost.

Packaging Original paintings are securely packaged with protective materials. Large originals and prints are typically shipped rolled in a protective tube unless otherwise agreed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. We are not liable for these charges.

Instalment Orders If you're paying via an instalment plan, your artwork is shipped once your first instalment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise agreed.
