Refund Policy
At Chaya De Silva Art, every artwork is handled with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Once the item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
2. Original Artworks & Limited Edition Prints

Aside from the change-of-mind period above, all sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
3. Custom Commissions

Due to their bespoke nature, commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4. Instalment Plans

Instalment payments are non-refundable once your plan has begun.

If your plan defaults, delivery of any pending artwork may be delayed until payments are reinstated.
5. Faults or Errors

If you receive the wrong item or there is a manufacturing fault beyond normal handcrafted variation, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
