    Welcome to Chaya De Silva Art ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.chayadesilva.com) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

    1. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, artwork, text, videos, and branding — is owned by Chaya De Silva Art and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent. The artist retains all rights to artwork created and sold, except where a custom commission agreement states otherwise.

    2. Purchasing Artwork When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to make payment in full, or in accordance with an approved instalment plan. All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

    3. Instalment Plans Instalments are available through Shop Pay Instalments and our partner Partial.ly. By entering an instalment agreement, you accept the instalment terms shown at checkout or on our Instalments page. If your plan defaults, we may withhold delivery of pending orders until payments are reinstated.

    4. Order Packaging & Fulfilment All artworks are packaged personally by Chaya, inspected, and packed with care before dispatch.

    5. Shipping & Delivery We ship within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged in their country.

    6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, including our 30-day change-of-mind window. If returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it arrives back in its original condition.

    7. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to your use of this website or purchase of artwork. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

    8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
